1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how NEON ID dba Humanum Intelligo Inc (“NEON ID,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our websites, mobile applications, and related services (the “Services”).

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Identity & contact information — your name, email address, and (if you choose to add it) phone number.
• Profile information — a profile photo you upload, and details such as role, industry, and location that you provide.
• Location — a general location (such as city or region) that you enter to power networking features. We do not continuously track precise device GPS in the background.
• Personality data — your responses to our assessments and the resulting HEXACO-based personality scores and NEON color profile.
• Content you submit — messages you send to our AI features, and other content you create within the Services.
• Technical & usage information — IP address, device data, and usage information such as pages visited and session duration.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to provide and improve the Services, generate your personality profile and AI responses, communicate with you, respond to inquiries, process transactions, analyze usage trends, protect security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI Processing

When you use our AI chat and related AI features, the messages you send and relevant personality context are transmitted to Anthropic, PBC — the provider of the Claude AI model — solely to generate a response. This processing is governed by Anthropic’s commercial terms, under which your inputs and outputs are not used to train Anthropic’s models and are retained only for a short period before deletion. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information you would not want processed by a third-party AI service.

5. Information Sharing & Service Providers

We share information with service providers who process data on our behalf, when required by law, in connection with a business transaction, or to protect legal rights. All service providers are contractually obligated to safeguard your data. Our key processors include:

• Anthropic — AI processing for chat features.
• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions (we do not store full card details).
• Google — optional sign-in and location/places lookups.

Data is stored within the United States.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure; you use the Services at your own risk.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill business or legal purposes. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your associated personal data, subject to limited legal retention requirements.

8. Your Rights & Choices

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can delete your account and associated data directly within the app (Profile → Account → Delete Account), or by contacting us at privacy@neonid.com. You may also opt out of marketing communications in your account settings.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
